Return Policy

You must have a valid RMA number for your return. To obtain one, contact us at (310) 748-3422.

We do not offer refunds for key cutting services after the key has been received. If a customer returns a key, we will only refund the original price of the key, not the cost of the key cutting.

Warranty Return Guidelines

All warranty claims will be inspected for warranty eligibility upon receipt and a replacement item will be sent. The customer is required to document any defects in the item for the exchange to be reviewed and processed. We only offer exchanges, not refunds, for warranty items, and the original item must be shipped completely; any missing parts will void the exchange.

Reasons for Return Guidelines

No Longer Needed: We allow returns of items that are no longer needed or desired within 30 days of purchase, but the item must be in its original condition, and shipping charges won't be refunded. We reserve the right to reject a return that does not meet our guidelines.

Incorrect Order: If you ordered the wrong item, we will exchange it within 15 days of the purchase. If the item you want to exchange it for is higher cost, you will also have to pay the difference in price, and shipping charges will apply for the new item and will not be refunded for the original item. You may also simply return the item as explained above.

Item Damaged or Lost: If you do not receive your package, or if it arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 working days. We will contact USPS and file a claim. USPS may contact you for additional information; please keep the package until their investigation is complete, as they may request it. Once the investigation is complete, USPS will reimburse us and we will send a replacement.

Wrong Item Shipped: If an item is incorrectly packaged or picked by our warehouse, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Ship the incorrect item back to us, and once the label is scanned as shipped, we will send a replacement.

Other: We are committed to customer satisfaction and will review each request for return individually. Special consideration will be given to those returns that follow the above guidelines. If the reason for return does not fall into one of the categories mentioned above please include in your request the reason that the return request is being made.

An 18% handling charge may apply to any return that does not include a replacement. No return other than warranty will be considered after 30 days of purchase.

All items that have been authorized for return must be received within 14 days of RMA being issued.

If you return an item that does not meet the RMA guidelines or is not eligible for a refund you will be given the option of having the item returned at your expense.

If you provided us with an incorrect shipping address during check out, and your item shows as delivered, we are not responsible for the lost package. Replacement orders will not be sent.
